How to Apply

Our application periods begin in November.  We set our delivery date near but before Christmas each year.  Watch our calendar for the dates and times.  Look for our posters in community locations throughout the county.
 
If you are a family in need, we accept applications in person only on select dates and at certain locations. We try to use facilities in Fort Collins, Wellington and we use the community room at the  Loveland Police Department. Applicants must provide the following information in order to apply with us:
  • A photo ID for the parent
  • Birth Certificate for each child
  • Proof of address (for example: electric bill or phone bill)
  • Gift ideas for each of your children (less than $30)
If an applicant does not speak English, they are asked to bring along someone who can translate for them.
 

We only take applications in person at one of our events!
