COVID-19 Guidance
In order for us to help keep our volunteers and you healthy during this pandemic, please help us prevent COVID-19 Transmission.
- Wash your hands often.
- Avoid close contact.
- Wear a mask.
- Monitor your health daily.
If you feel sick, stay at home and have someone else bring your completed application with the required documentation.
COVID-19 DIAL
In the event Larimer County Health changes the COVID-19 level to RED STAY AT HOME, the highest level, Santa Cops of Larimer County will be unable to provide any assistance during this restriction.
Once the level is reduced back to LEVEL ORANGE, Santa Cops will resume providing assistance. This could result in a delayed delivery date.

For those unable to print the application from our website, please visit the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Collins Police Services, or Loveland Police Department Monday – Friday 8am-4pm for a copy of the application.

- A photo ID for the parent
- Birth Certificate for each child
- Infant through age 16 may apply
- Proof of address (for example: electric bill or phone bill)
- Gift ideas for each of your children (less than $30)
We only take applications in person at one of our events!
